Desktop 3D printer capable of producing large models
Zortrax M300 Plus is a 3D printer with one of the largest workspaces in its class. It works in LPD technology, Zortrax’s original take on Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), guaranteeing the highest quality results and low maintenance. Multiple Zortrax M300 Plus 3D printers can be connected into a wireless 3D printing farm producing large models in short to medium series.
Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity
Material end detection
Upgraded extruder and nozzle
Based on the reliable M series 3D printers
Zortrax M300 Plus’ design is largely based on the acclaimed, award-winning Zortrax M Series 3D printers. It is a refined successor to the original M300 model, a large volume 3D printer used by professionals at NASA Johnson Space Center and Vins Motors among others.
Zortrax M300 Plus is a plug & play device that can be used for high quality 3D printing right out of the box. There is no assembly needed before you start to work. You can select available options and preview 3D models directly on the highly intuitive built-in touchscreen. Automatic firmware updates over Wi-Fi will bring all future interface functionalities directly to the printer.
3D printing big models in one go
Zortrax M300 Plus large workspace is particularly useful when 3D printing big models in one piece is needed. One of the biggest build platforms among desktop class devices makes Zortrax M300 Plus an efficient production tool capable of accommodating multiple models in its workspace.
Network of large build volume 3D printers
Thanks to Zortrax M300 Plus’ wireless connectivity, you have a device capable of creating a 3D printing farms, where each printer has a build platform of 300x300x300 mm. With the Wi-Fi module as well as the ethernet and USB ports, you have the option to connect your printers in any sort of configuration to fit your convenience.
Wi-Fi connectivity allows creating 3D printing networks by connecting your devices into an impressive manufacturing ecosystem.
Using Zortrax’s slicer application you can manage your progress remotely from your computer screen. Choose and switch 3D printers to divide the workload between the devices for an efficient and quick production process.
Keep and eye on the 3D printing process thanks to a camera built-in inside the printing chamber or rely on the smart functionalities like material end detection to minimize waste.
Zortrax M300 Plus has the same wide selection of 3D printing materials as its original predecessor, with the addition of Z-ULTRAT. The upgraded extruder also allows you to 3D print with more experimental and flex-type filaments.
Available materials: Z-ULTRAT , Z-PETG , Z-GLASS , Z-HIPS , Z-ASA Pro , Z-PLA Pro , Z-ESD
Based on PLA, this eco-friendly plastic filament was enhanced with gypsum for smoother and richer in detail surface. Recommended for architectural mock-ups and high-end showcase models.
A 3D printing material best used for models requiring smooth semimat surfaces which can be effortlessly post-processed. It’s highly resistant and perfect for mechanical prototyping or performance testing.
This semi-transparent filament can 3D print light-transmitting models and parts ready for final production or precise prototyping. Z-GLASS is durable, resistant to scratching and unaffected by light and chemicals.
Unique to Zortrax, this plastic filament provides your models with unyielding impact and temperature durability, along the superior surface quality. Based on ABS, the filament comes in a broad color palette.
