    Print Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR)

Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) is a biocompatible, durable, chemical resistant material that can withstand extreme temperatures. This makes it ideal for applications including medical, automotive, industrial and consumer products.

More complex geometries with LSR are now achievable

The L280 allows you to produce LSR structures too complex for molds, while also producing inner structures previously not possible.

    New Print Head Technology

The new print head technology allows precise metering and mixing ratios. A special blender head ensures optimal connection of both supplied components. The mixing ratio is thus precisely adjustable and allows intervention at the layer level. Where conventional production technologies such as injection molding require all molecules to be aligned, the LAM technology can be used to influence the application direction and, thus, the cross-linking at a molecular level, resulting in better material strength compared to injection molding.

    Thermal Cross-linking

The special halogen lamp accelerates the cross-linking, on a molecular level, between the two components, reducing how long it takes for the silicon to set between layers producing parts faster.

    Integrated Safety System Monitors

An integrated safety system monitors printing and curing processes, any deviations will automatically stop the print job.

    Precision in Continuous Operation

Produced in Germany with high-quality components. The L280 is a long-lasting device that has been designed from the outset for commercial use.

    Stand-Alone Printing

The touchscreen allows intuitive operation of the printer via USB for stand-alone printing. Alternatively you can send prints via a network connection.

    Simplify3D Software

One integrated software suite contains everything you need to print high quality parts. Customizable settings and advanced processes put the controls in your hands.

    On Site Service

We offer on-site service by trained technicians. In addition to maintenance and repair services, we also offer software and hardware training.
