Automated Washing for Consistently Clean Parts

In the past, post-processing SLA prints has involved first removing parts from the build platform, then manually soaking them in a bath of isopropyl alcohol (IPA) to clean off excess resin. This requires remembering to remove parts at the right time so they don’t over-soak and warp.

Form Wash automates this process. Parts can be transferred directly from the printer to Form Wash, still on the build platform, or removed and placed in the basket. Once you set the time and press start, you can simply walk away, for as long as you want.

While you’re gone, Form Wash’s impeller agitates IPA to flow around your printed parts. When washing is complete, the basket and platform automatically rise out of the IPA. Voila: impeccably cleaned parts, ready when you are.

Form Wash also includes a storage area to keep finishing tools tidy, plus a hydrometer tool that lets you know when it’s time to change out the IPA for a fresh batch.

Form Cure is designed and extensively tested to achieve optimal post-curing for Formlabs resins, providing a reliable, professional post-curing solution. Using settings unique to each material, Form Cure combines the power of 405 nm light with precise temperature control to perfectly post-cure every part.

Every material in Formlabs’ library of Engineering Resins is designed to achieve its best functional properties after post-curing, and our Standard Resins become even stronger once post-cured. Post-curing is required for biocompatible materials like our Dental Resins and for successful burnout in Castable prints.

Form Cure provides a reliable, professional post-curing solution, using 405 nm light and precisely controlled temperature to bring parts to their best mechanical properties.
